- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We use trusted freight and ground services for heavy lifting equipment.

2. Return Policy
We stand by the quality of DC Coaching equipment. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to large freight returns.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your gear arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Damage on Arrival: Email photos to info@coachingdc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Manufacturer Defects: We replace manufacturing defects at no cost to you.
4. Warranty Information
Your investment is protected by our warranties:
- Structural Warranty (Lifetime): Covers welds and frames.
- Standard Warranty (1 Year): Covers coatings and moving parts.
